Timber Ridge Lodge is a condominium-hotel offering families a 2nd home getaway and a turn key real estate investment.

We proudly feature the Geneva Lake area's only indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, fitness room, 2 restaurants, gift shop, banquet rooms, an an on-site rental program managed by the Grand Geneva.

Condo owner receives 60% of the nightly revenue (after 3% resort fee is credited to the owner's association). A computerized rotation is used for equal rental distribution.

Grand Geneva's amenities are discounted to condo owner for 365 days a year.

This includes: 2 championship golf courses, spa, health club, ski hills, indoor tennis, kid's club, trail rides, spa services, tennis lessons, restaurants, hotel room discounts, and bike and paddle boat rentals.
